tasks are being assigned from Samsung Korea and follow up on the task starts before teh deadline finishes. Management forces people to quickly finish the task and in some way compromised quality of the software product. Sitting late night to office ie very common for the employees

Decent pay and benefits like discounts on company's products and lot of onsite opportunities. Job culture isn't good, lack of integrity, trust and no transparency in the employee rating system and promotions. The managers bow down to the pressure of Korean expats.

I started my career here. It is like any big organization. It can take about a year to get completely on board for a fresher. The work life balance depends a lot on the project and team you are part of. So it was ok to bad for me. Several good food options (paid and unpaid) in office. Provide transportation to almost all parts of the city. Salary is decent.
