Samsung is HQ driven company , There is Dual triple reporting ,
Every HQ person is seemed to be Boss,
KOrean are Very Hard working and expect same from us ,
There is no work life balance
No recognitaion of good work
No Job security
Its been very hard to work in Samsung India,
Don't know about other Subsidiaries and Division
