is one of the best schools I have ever worked in. The students at this school are given so many opportunities to explore their interests and are assisted by wonderful and helpful staff. The management is very cooperative and ready all the time to support and guide the staff in a right way. Teachers are very passionate about seeing their students succeed. They are so great about sharing moments of pride they see within your child – their good behaviors and achievements; and they know the importance of getting the parents involved and do it in a very respectful, approachable manner.

Poor management and unhealthy work culture

Students are good, perks are good and so is the infrastructure. Good experience for freshers. If you can work according to their terms and conditions, you are fit to continue. A person of principles and creativity can't survive. Extra classes till 8.30pm are there. So you should have great tenacity to work 24*7. Things keep changing at last moment. This feedback is about schooling section.ProsFree accomodation and food, Beautiful campus.ConsNo festival holidays, all sat and sometimes sun are working, casual holidays are rarely approved. Payment issues, bond needs to be signed. Work pressure is too much, last moment work will come up, 9.5 hours from mon to sat, Remedial classes and preparatory classes in the night, management is diplomatic.

Too much problematic work place

It should be the last option for one to select. The promises during selection and the ammenities after selection may differ as per the group you belong to. Working hard is not an option here. Dont get this idea that you wil work hard and get appraised. No, fall in the group, work less. Nobody will stop your career. If any false blame comes in your name there will be no investigation, just like that you will be terminated. So beware.

New teachers do not join this place. There is no work life balance

One of the worse place to be in. There is too much toxicity. You will feel trapped. Your initial spark will be lost. Job timings are from 8:30 to 11:00pm!!! Yes, they have very very bad work hours. It is not a good enviornment for your health. You will find yourself being more sick here. Do not consider this place. Unless you badly need a job and the money.

SGIS is one of the best school for the students those who wants to grow up. Thay are providing good facility in teaching as well as sports.

Productive Workplace

This institution provides a lot of opportunities to do productive work from planning to execution. It is a quite a great place to work with stalwarts and get reviewed for your planning and its execution as well. Several educational boards such as CISCE and IB are great to work with students if any incumbent has good grasp at his/her subjects.

Worst place to work

Lush green campus climate is good but the most disaster thing is the Principal of that school I would like to suggest dont give first preference if anyone didn't get job the may he can go. Always there is a vacancy because almost every week teacher's are ran away due to dictatorship

It's only beautiful campus , but very poor work culture.No personal life .Donot care about the employees. Student centred but they don't respect the hardworking faculties.That is why the strength of school is depreciating.Every year about 100 teachers go out and new staff comes in.You can be fired at any point of time, any time between the session.New staffs are not at all helped .by senior staff

First of all, I thank Sri SANJAY Jee and Mrs Sasmita Mohanty ma'am the honorable Director Principal, SGIS. I really like the excellent management and excellent administration. It is really a wonderful institution to grow. The Good management provided a very rich infrastructure with 100% cleanliness. I have been working in very healthy work atmosphere. I recommend all to join here those are eligible and interested.

Working hours are too long, no fixed policies.

Good infrastructure. Too long working hours. Attrition rate is high. The school gives offer letter but doesn't give appointment letter. There is no clear HR policy. If you take leave on Monday they will consider as 2 days leave. Principal may remove you any time without notice period. But if you want to leave you have to serve 2 months notice or else pay 2 month's salary.

Stressful and horrible

Stressful, abnormally long working hours, the Principal is a deceiver. The Principal knows how to manipulate staff. The place is like one prison, where you can't even go out for 10 minutes to have coffee.

Worst place to work

One of the worst school to work for.....absolutely pathetic management except visionary chairman...the principal is fickle minded and untrustworthy .her words doesn't match with her deeds.......more than hundreds of teacher resign every year.... Ask them about employee retention and the answer is zero.....very negative working environment.....only by building a great infrastructure...a school is not complete.As a teacher there last academic year , What I saw there is, campus infrastructure is very good build by group's chairman, who a visionary and Great personality. School provides good food on time and basic medical facility. This doesn't means everything fine for a school.But unfortunate facts are, students are indiciplined as well as rowdy behaviour and tricky with poor english .Instead of healthy competition, aggressive behaviour between students for gaining something( as a video game) common there. For surviving there we should satisfy students ,vice principal ,director. Nobody has ever got salary in notice period but may tell will put on account but never going to happen. Another most difficult thing in there is getting an experience certificate and certificate get back from there once notice given and relieving own kids admitted . Working time for faculty is almost 8am to 8 pm with extremely pressurised conditions...
