Good place to learn & grow for freshers. Seniors guide the juniors. Indian culture is maintained. Discipline is main principle. All is good for a laborious hard working learning attitude person.

Needs to update with the changing era.

It's based on RSS psychology and Hindu minded culture. It's good . Morning assembly is really praisable . But putting politics in educational institutions is what I didn't like.

Less progressive

Working with Saraswati Vidya Mandir is good. The school management adopt updation rapidly . It has two Beautiful gardens, good building and furniture with Co-operative atmosphere.

Saraswati vidya mandir is a great institution which branches spread all over India.

We focus on the students very sincerely. We do our best for their cultural ,educational & social development & try to make them ready for all challenges in future.

I wish they could provide better salaries to employees and get more structured. Overall it was a nice experience to teach students in the topics of Maths.

No respect for teachers.

School has low work pressure and more of politics. Teachers aren't given credit for their work. Management takes teachers for granted. School sometimes work even on government holidays.

A productive work place

I have b.ed in hindi subject, and I prefer to hindi subject. I have very concentrated to the work for any purpose. How can one child very good focus for this subject that is my first thinking. and how can good performance for everything that is the first agenda of myself.

Teaching and computer operator

we can learn how to work in any department. They gives me multi task like teaching , printing and typing exam papers and other documents. Examination dept teaches me to create list, paper work , and creating and storing data of students and staffs . Here I worked on ms office ( word, ppt and excel). And lots of hard word

A best learning place.

I learner a lot there,worked there with the senior teachers.I was the youngest among them.Every teacher was twenty to thirty years older than me.I got the chance to grow mentally and socially mature.Really it was a great place.
