No carrier, management dont care about the employee...also no holiday's....no working environment...no opportunities...dont have anything to build the skills of the team and upgrade the knowledge for the betterment of the future..

Traditional work place

The organisation is very traditional as it is around 100 years old. The company is run by the old school guys who got promoted just because they were loyal to the company for many years. There is serious lack of Talent in the company. The company is very good and the work environment is also somewhat Ok but career wise there is not much scope for growth here.

Unnecessary long working hours, Sales guys have to work on Sundays too.
