Order specifications not matching with design requirements, matching the specifications & requirements was good experience following up with vendors for time to time delivery was a responsible job most enjoyable part is during testing & comissioning, all the specification & requirements were matching with the design. modifications according to customer requirement, team leaders & assistant managers were very co operative, and transperent review meetings, very friendly when non office hours management was very good with appraisals, holiday, sports, events, trip etc..
