It is nice place to work. Free food is provided for both breakfast and lunch .Free Transport is provided to and fro. working hours morning 8am to 4.15pm .Supportive management.

Worst work culture and Least Respect

The situation totally demotivating and disrespectful. Immature management. Highly biased. Nepotism. Threatening/ punishing with loss of pay for each and everything inspite of heavy work

iam proud to say i was student and also lecturer worked very happily with all benefits . i personally learned time management, students nature, dead line working system by very often monitoring of between departments and ISO audting NAAC etc, this style ensured me the confidence of creating detailed data base every indivdual under my counsellor regime. i made my students target for every month to reach their goals. at the same time i took special attention on student who have more arrears and even for mediocre to become outstanding student. the coworkers also taught me working culture in co-ordineted manner, the hardest part college timings.my passion to work as lecturer or asst proffessor was fullfilled by working sincerly with job satisfaction

Its great in working at Sathyabama University. You are at liberal to expose your talents and uniqueness in job. It has taught me how to survive competing other staffs and how to co-ordinate certain job which requires team-work. Management is at its best to get done everything in right in path.

my day starts with out patients in hospital as physiotherapist and ends with students in fitness studio as fitness consultant.added on,i also train sports team on field.management is quite supportive in all multi roles i play to excel.lots of scope to establish myself.
