In SCNL , i have learned the basic culture of MFI and here i improved myself as a good communicator with the rural guys, things like how can you convey illiterate or normal literate people.
In SCNL , company provide the motivation towards the Carrier to their employies. one thing that is great for new comers or freshers , those who have low skills , also can do better with the scnl's experianced employies ,
here is sports,enjoyment and lots of fun with the works because time to time company organise the tournament like SCPL(Satin cricket premiar league) , due to all this, worker never feel any work pressure but they never forget their responsibilities.
