Fun workplace with helpful people

There was no fixed time table given to complete a task. There was also an option to work overnight in a safe environment and with access to most instruments.
The management however was a little poor due to the administration department which was then compensated by the workplace culture.
The hardest part of the job was to submit the molecule samples and wait for a few days just to know if everything that was performed was according to the expected results.

I was working as a Jounier Research Fellow at the Saurashtra University. Actually it was not job but fellowship during Ph.D. As a part of JRF I have to conduct Lab sessions of master level students and also have administrative durities of research lab along with research work.

Learning and sharing place

Five star rating on all these parametres..A typical working day starts at 11 am and ends at 5 or 6 p.M.Lot of learning from youthful environment of master degree,m.Phil and ph.D scholars and young faculty team led by a young director.Conferences, seminars and workshops ,faculty development and executive development programs offer opportunities for shared learning.Management is quite supportive and motivating. Well behaved and respectful coworkers.Hardest part is to fix priorities of multiple tasks and deadlines.The most enjoyable part is learning and sharing.
