Productive with fun workplace
Technical Support Engineer (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - August 21, 2018
I am proud to be work in this company because I am doing my job related to my education with social service, the workplace culture is very good and about management part is too difficult to say it. Here the very important thing is job security except that salary/benefits are good. The hardest part in this job is procurement policy and they give procurement training to all employees. The most enjoyable part of this job is work I am doing related to my education.
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
Long hours

Highly political place
Programmes (Former Employee) - Delhi, Delhi - July 28, 2018
Like most NGO's in India, this place is run for the sake of it. No real-world impact. Much better to donate direct to implementing partners, in case you want to.
Job-wise, it is comfortable. Roles are created to justify funding. Very high percentage goes into this.
Pros
Job security, as long as you play well
Cons
Political
