For 14 years experience with verge of finishing PhD, they offer very less, no job promotion, heavy workload, morning 5 am to night 8.30 pm have to be the time including travel, poor head, doing partiality, not cultured head. Don't even know how to solve issues, only doing partiality, always treating a higher experienced like a fresh candidates

No lunch, poor Canteen, food was worst

Cons

Time table morning 8 am to evening 5 pm for twice weekly, Saturday was working day most case, one Saturday only leave per month, not deserving candidates without current publication record, being in head position.

Good team to work and learnt a lot. Unorganized approach of problem solving discourages. Improper communications in the higher level demotivates the last line employees. No rewards and recognitions.

Good Atmosphere to work

The employer provides us encouraging working environment.We will get time for personal professional development.Classroom sessions will take 20 to 22 hours per week which includes classroom training and interactive sessions with the students .The hardest part of job will be evaluating students technically and to provide few students some additional training in the areas they lag professional development.
