Good team to work and learnt a lot. Unorganized approach of problem solving discourages. Improper communications in the higher level demotivates the last line employees. No rewards and recognitions.

Good Atmosphere to work

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR(SENIOR GRADE) (Former Employee) - Chennai, Tamil Nadu - September 29, 2017

The employer provides us encouraging working environment.We will get time for personal professional development.Classroom sessions will take 20 to 22 hours per week which includes classroom training and interactive sessions with the students .The hardest part of job will be evaluating students technically and to provide few students some additional training in the areas they lag professional development.

1. Very well organized and sometimes a hectic day. 2. Working under critical situations. Lot of perseverance. 3. Supportive management at some points of time. 4. Friendly co-workers. 6. teaching, delivering lectures to students.
