I feel that this place would be a great start and first step for the recruiters to learn new things. Sometimes we have been pressured , where this is usual in all the organizations. Iam little bit worried only about the salary package and hike which always matters a lot for the employees. They are very much concern about the employees and their thoughts. but lacking only in few things. Other wise, good place for our growth,Good management, adaptable employees and job security.

It's good to work for night shift workers. Company provides dinner and other snacks with tea and coffee at intervals and company works on a target basis.
