The role of Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager is very exhausting and monotonous. The work environment was very unruly and non-cooperative. The people were not at all amicable. The system as well is not as streamlined as other organisations.

Slow syatem but effient people who hanndle the situation putting theire 200percent ..slow growth in terms of profile position but you may earn big by spending many years ....company need peaple who wants to spend theire lives in the organisarion for small piece of amount monthly but you may get yearly bonus in lakhs...

Cons

Yes you need to spend lot of your imp time and you get less at the end of the month

As per working hour. They don't pay sufficient to MIS Executive's. Increment is very less. Apart from that in sales point of view, you can grow with lots of incentive.

Please do not join in this company. As they dont have any work culture, work process. Company paid on time but work life balance is worst. Provided with JD there is no match with the actual work process. There is no job security. Anytime employee can loose their job.
