It was a very good experience working with SBI CAP SECURITIES. Banking staff at the work were very helpful.Working with the company fir two years is great achievement to me.
There are good opportunities to advance your a career. Management is very supportive of your ideas and suggestions. Telecommuting is permitted, flexible schedule. The company offers good benefits, and also provide additional training to continue learning new skills. You get to work with some great people from all over the world.
Worked under very pressurizing situation , no timings need to work even 12 hrs in day. will suggest not to work under such firm...........................................................
Constant change of leadership and moving of goal posts. Example. I applied for a management position and it took 9 months for any candidates to be contacted for interview. Sales targets would be increased mid cycle which according to the FSA this is not allowed. I found it very hard to know what I was trying to achieve
i learnt so many things from branches of sbi like banking also because sbicap securities allotted branches for sourcing , workplace is so good and team managent is also good nothing is hardest in ths job but their is no possibility of growth.

its been an great honor and at most privilege of mine working with sbi cap securities .i have exposed to many good and valuable clients to whom i can always be approached with any kind of products .i was able acquire a great knowledge in banking sector and related things regarding banking but also other than banking
1. To work on target basis. 2. To generate Primary and Secondary Sale for Company. 3. To meet with Architect, Builder, Four-Wheeler Authorized Centre, Contractors, Well-known Mechanic to convinced them to promote the product of the company. 4. To do the retailing by Continuous effort to increase the sale of Secondary and also checkout the stock level present at Distributors end as well as Retailers end.
* Dealing with multiple customers at one time.* I learned dealing with Target customers and provide information about company's services.* Manger and colleagues was good.* Target pressure was hardest part of job* Meet with different types of customers and find out suitable solution for them.
