Furthermore, it is wonderful that I met people who are driven and passionate and influence me to be more. I love writing and this platform gave me green card to explore it to my heart's content. The culture of the company is phenomenal. You get a lot of scope to grow and take ownership of things. If you work hard, you are amply rewarded. Everyone is super supportive.

An organization which takes care of its employees and their well being. However, if you are in sales, sometimes work can be hectic, especially if you will not meet the target.

Not worth the hype

Training is poor, very less job security once upon a time this is a golden company, especially during the pandemic but currently, everything sucks at scaler Just hire and fire policy
