Not worth the hype

Training is poor, very less job security once upon a time this is a golden company, especially during the pandemic but currently, everything sucks at scaler Just hire and fire policy

I Really appreciate the work life balance Scaler provides. The work culture here is fun and collaborative. We work towards a smooth and effective team working by giving and receiving feedbacks. My Manager appreciates my initiatives and acknowledges my extra efforts as well. Also, I got promoted to a senior position before even I completed a year with Scaler, I am always motivated to do my job.
