Not worth the hype

Training is poor, very less job security once upon a time this is a golden company, especially during the pandemic but currently, everything sucks at scaler Just hire and fire policy

good for nonsales guys as I was in operation but too much workI was in operation but then management have gave promotion to fools who is killing work culture over there

Overall a best place to work!!

Scaler is the best company if you are looking for growth and learning opportunities. The interview and onboarding process is seamless and smooth. The work culture is supportive and allows flexible working hours. Management is super helpful and approachable to help you out. Overall, the best place to work at.

A perfect workplace for growing and learning

Scaler is an ideal company if you see yourself looking for growth and learning in your career trajectory. The work culture is extremely encouraging and collaborative and the management is always there to help you out. The induction and joining process is seamless and engaging. Goals are set keeping in mind a good balance of challenging and interesting work. Entering the office is always a delight. Overall, a brilliant place to work at!

Lots of learning and good vibes

When I joined Scaler, I was new to this industry and profile, but in the last two years at Scaler, I learned a lot about my job, this industry, and the work environment.Scaler's work culture and office vibe are so positive that you feel like you are working and doing things for your startup.

A place where you can learn and grow

Every day in the team starts with a new problem to solve - so it is not only exciting but a great learning experience as well. The learning curve is very steep as you are given ownership of your workstreams from the start so you should be neuroplastic to keep up with it. The culture of the company as well as the team prioritises the happiness and energy of the team - you will never feel like your concerns were never addressed.

Overall: A great place to work

The culture is what mainly differentiates Scaler from the other Edtechs and StartUps. Great importance is given to every individual's work-life balance and a lot of efforts are taken to highlight the needle movers or the start performers of the cohort which has a direct impact on employee morale.

One of the best Ed-Tech Startups

At scaler, the work culture and timings are very flexible. From the very first day they take care of you and try their best that you have a great experience working here. It's not only just work, rather they host occasional fun events and activities to enjoy yourself while simultaneously working. A really great place to start your career.

If you're looking to accelerate your career growth, this is the place. You're pushed to be innovative and bring new ideas to the table. Lot of options to grow in your career and help you to acquire a more professional horizon. Never seen such kind of an org anywhere else in India. Happy to work with Scaler.

Great Growth and Superb Work Culture

Excellent company to work with. The team is superb and the managers are so supportive. Great work culture and great work-life balance as well. The teammates are very supportive. You are given ample opportunities and the system is pretty transparent. The top-level management is great and always open to feedback.
