Each of us had collaborating and helping culture. The campus was great we had med space and also playroom for kids. We had fun activity every Friday. I was IN charge of Emp engagement team. We had responsibility to conduct activity every Friday. It was fun working

I have been working here for the past 2 years and all i can tell you is this :After working for odd number of jobs in different industries like banking and supply chain, i can tell you that Schneider tops the list in terms of work life satisfaction. Everything here is employee satisfaction oriented. I can hardly complain, and the best part is you would hardly ever want to leave. Trust me, it will take a lot of enticing and offering benefits for another company to even make me want to switch.

Not kidding but everything, however the pay is not that competitive

Sometimes the management is a bit slow and laid back

If you are direct employee of Schneider Electrical it is good for you. But not good for working under some 3rd party contractor org. Y

As someone who is working on contractual basis for Schneider Electrical India Pvt. Ltd.(3rd party contractor gives me salary) the work pressure is high and salary is less. Work life balance is decent only. They don't provide proper training, you have to learn from your colleagues as they work which is frustrating sometimes for both parties. But if you are working for Schneider directly then salary is good and they will treat you better thats all I can say.

Lunch and breakfast provided. Cab service is available.
