Nice place to learn something. But you might be ridiculed for your mistakes or any random things and thus can lose self respect. Long working hours. No any proper organization structure, work unguided. You might be expected to have four heads, ten hands then also Increment depends upon sweet will. You might be applauded few times / sacked anytime. Do not expect a career for long term as you will considered a liability after your salary reaches a certain level. Your opinion will have no value. Women empowerment is the motto. You might fall for flashy, catchy sweet word traps.

I hv. Spend nearly 8yrs.period here. All of these years i really enjoyed my work. Atmosphere at office was so much friendly. Nevertheless burdens of any issue. I am grateful to them for they has gave me an opportunity to experience in workout all types of drawings.

Worst Management and Boss

No professional/career.Naming and branding is there only but internally just a worst place you can ever adjust with and thats the reason being a CA firm also hiring is there throughout the year and everyday just because no one can sustain here for hardly a year for worst and unmanageable environment.Please create an environment where employees can work. Also please stop making people fool and try to respect them who are putting their efforts to generate revenue.And one more thing HR is the most laughable position in this Firm.Senior are co operative bt still a puppet in the hands of management, too much work pressure, mental harassement bt appreciation and employee welfare is missing and foremost here salary deduction for silly and vague reasons.... Advice to Management Learn some Management lesson & not be a clerk for some womans only.Treat others employee as human being.

Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company.

You can learn so many things if you are a fresher/Learner. Maximum times management is not co-operative. You have to know everything and do all the work before deadline while deadline is too short.

On time Salary. Different Work Scope.

Long Hours, Unfriendly office culture, No Job Security, Unprofessional Management, Increment not sure, Extreme work load, No Refreshment, No PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim/ESIC.

Colleagues- Very Good, Boss- Very Cheap

All the departments and their employees are nice. Firm is situated at a nice place in Kolkata. Employer is very cheap. You will get opportunity to learn a lot, but just forget your personal life, all you need to keep in your mind is your boss. Suggestion: Employer needs to take classes of professional etiquette again, he must has missed that particular chapter bcoz of exams pressure.

The Management is very good and willing to help on each and every steps. Overall the working enviorment, recommended for people who are looking for a career in Stock Audits & Various related activity.
