We can grow individually along with the company. I built lots of confidence when I worked in Seagate. Work culture is very good and the team I worked with was awesome with lots of positive vibes and motivation. Work life balance was there and peer-peer relationship was very good. As it was my first company I enjoyed working there. Had fun as well as built my skills set.

Scope for good work, but poor & pathetic management

The workplace had some good staff working, but the untrained & less smarter(read egostic) management made this place a night mare. Lay-offs & Role shuffling is just a routine chore. Expect growth only if you are in management position or if you could be a "Yes Man" to few of them. HR does their work exactly for what they are know for - Ignoring!

Support work no new development, mostly Testing projects, Unequal growth & discriminated pay, Poor management team.

At Seagate i experience a great work life balance. We regularly get involve in various technical discussions by selecting weekly topics and presenting them to the team. It is more of a discussion rather than presentation.
