At beginning of each day, I inspect the work site that is it hazard free. All the equipment and tools are in adequate supply. I provide workers security guidelines and carry out drills.i assigned duties to guards and reported back to the Security Officer as Manager. I learned team co-operation and understanding each other in a much better way, sorting out problems of the team. Work place culture was awesome as each one of us helped each other.Hardest part of the job sometimes was to cop with the new comers but with little effort and some sports events they got to know the work place and other colleges better. The most enjoyable part of the job was whenever their was a rota or shift change some of the team co-workers would try to hide behind other person and pretend to be absent but on calling twice or thrice they would appear smiling, but were always ready to do their jobs efficiently.

Was a very helpful experience for all aspects of life.

Answering to mails and Survey. The interiors /rural peoples problems and their disagreement to come out of it, they have made and accepted poverty as their lifestyle. Well organised. Very punctual. Intense travelling. I was the Boss.
