Management not good

Management not good, salary issues. Everyday deadlines, Companies not use to respond to profiles shared with them. No updates on drives conducted. Favoritism was also done in some cases.

Having a strong Consulting base.. its a good learning curve and glad to be part of this company ... Worked for max Tier 1 companies and was part of Account Handling , Delivery and Man power sourcing.

Monitoring

Backup and restore activites, SQL job monitoing and activity monitor. Query development and Query tuning.Analyze the SQL script. Migration of Data from Excel, Flat file to MS SQL Server by using BCP and DTS utility.

Entire HR activities1 Searching for Resumes from Job Portals and Internal Data Bank, Screening of profiles of candidates / applicants, as per the details of Job Description Provided ( Skill set required, Domain Knowledge, Relevant work experience, Qualification, Financial Package / Salary range, Location ).2 Arrangement and conduction of walk in interviews of candidates.3 Conducting telephonic interviews / personal interviews and short listing the candidates, referring short listed candidates to operations and arranging their personal interview4 Taking interviews for different openings in the company such as Customer Care Executives, Team Leaders, Process Trainer, etc.5 Involved in Campus recruitment & participated in job fairs.6 Client Management
