Senco Gold and Diamonds is a company with a legacy of over five decades. The Company was originally incorporated as Senco Gold Private Limited on August 22, 1994, at Kolkata, West Bengal, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

Subsequently, pursuant to a resolution passed at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 27, 2007, and a special resolution of the Shareholders at the EGM held on August 8, 2007, the name of the Company was changed to Senco Gold Limited, pursuant to its conversion into a public limited company. A fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 31, 2007, consequent to the change of name, was issued by the RoC. The Company was converted to a public limited company in order to expand its activities in the field of the jewellery business.

Over the years, Senco Gold & Diamonds has been the proud recipient of numerous awards and accolades. In 2014, the Company was conferred the Leading Retailer of India award by UBM. This was followed by Gem Of The Year (Central – East) by All India Gems and Jewellery Trade Federation in 2015 at the National Jewellery Awards. In 2016, Senco Gold & Diamonds was ranked as India’s 5th Most Trusted Jewellery Brand by The Brand Trust Report (India Study). As far as awards are concerned, 2017 was even a better year.

Senco's learning app is full of intractive vedios, ppt, quizzes and tutorials. Every one has multi levels with induction. Job safety and employee support is tremendous. I think there are some rules that need to be changed first. You must be should also see if there is some benefit to the employee and also monthly salary should be charged based on the type of work.
