As a fresher I was excited to work as a pilot batch in this company. It is a new brand e commerce company. Everything was good in the beginning but couldn't manage the company after an year by management due to multiple branches opened by founder of this company.

Work is fun but hectic with no management. Lot to learn especially from Scratch. No management at all. Workplace culture is not good. Most enjoyable part of the job was learning new everyday.

Not a great company to work with

Salary issues, no leave policy, 6 days working, every day you have an attrition and abscond. Hiring is not done basis an individuals skillset and competency.

This company hired hel lot of people without even planning the future.. The CEO of the company struggled a lot and went under a huge loss just because of the poor management of the company. Most of the people in management was from different sector and they didn't knew anything about ecommerce business..

One track headed company and needs some experience from other companies to add value. Salary issue needs to be corrected. Employees working in vain. Office politicking is the pass-time. Add incentives to performers everything will come in line..Managers and others will focus on the performance. HR will have a bigger role to play. Performance incentives will ensure job satisfaction.
