As I am working as State head in vaccine division & now National immunisation programme is enrolled majority of vaccine which we are marketing in private trade market . That’s why it’s very difficult to cop up our sales as most of vaccines are free from government. Still we have around 75% market share is their but gradually it is going down & most of the people is shifting from private doctors to government hospital

What is the best part of working at the company?No single best part to work with them. A high level of politics with no appreciation of work.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?A high level of work load with high degree of politics.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Work environment not so good. Most of the managers prefers in increment season to those employees who are from their village. Director body do not look at the bottom, they are completely blind up to low level employee.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Stressful with low salaries, harassing HR dept.

What is the best part of working at the company?SII have one of the worst midline management.....they don't know the difference between Marketing and sales...though company is very prestigious but in the hand of wrong management specially North zone....downline managers job is very tough here due impotent upline What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Alot of daily paper work.....vague plan and strategies..What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Not growth oriented management is very old they believe in eating jobs of downline managers in their breakfast so as to save their....and you can say upline management is following them blindly....What is a typical day like for you at the company?It's full of phone call one after another alot of disturbance while field work....they change strategy every second day...no direct support system...for CME & all...you have to do all by your own and company will pay you back after all paper work they demand 2 to 3 CME every month from every MED REP under them...a ASM has 4 to 5 Med rep under him 3 CME each means 12 CME on an avg per month...which cost on Rs 5000 + avg....so suppose 12000*5 means rs.60000cme and salary of ASM They provide 50k to 60 k...so they ask herculian task first do then get the money after alot of paper work....and minimum one to two month if you told financial problem you are facing...the upline manager gave you a foolish advice....to operate all with credit cards..

It is very worse of HR and interdeparment policies..No appreciation or encouragement to the exisiting employee. No have specific value for skill development and additional qualifications. No specifically differentiatation made for apprisal assessment based on work profile and educational level. All employees treated same irrespective of expertise and work profile

Working with Serum is a good learning experience. Job security is assured. They value the quality of work absolutely. The work profile may become a bit redundant at some point as the change in job responsibilities is very feeble. The bosses are very balanced - Friendly in casual times and strict in professional times. Promotions are not frequent and may not accompany a good performance but increments definitely reciprocate your performance.

A typical day starts at 9 a.m in the morning until 5 in the evening. I learned many things apart from my project work .
