I had spend 1 year with SEW, it was worst experience I ever had.

South Indian culture adopted, Salary irregular. Unsystematic work culture. Site management not good. When I joined most of the employees left the project due to irregular salary.

good company

management is goods and there was wide openings for learning new thing and always encouraging the us and self motivating us to learn new things such as site visits for tendering and detail project report this was very nice for me and was very value added to my carrier.

Very very supportive management. We can try new things at SEW beyond job role. Food & accomdation provided in project site is good. We can easily approach higher management.

Nice and free to feel and express your ideas with your seniors. Complicated in this organization is one and only salary.. Now a days it's very difficult to maintain our daily needs also..

structure engineer

Preparation of BBS of all the Structures. Execution of all types of Structures. Monitoring each and every activity at site and handling them . Proper Contractors management for Execution. Checking of Shuttering , Reinforcement and Concreting performed at site. Preparation of Sub Contractors Bill accordingly. Proper Client and Consultant Management. Maintaining healthy relation with Client and Consultants Officers. Proper Machinery Management and their mobilization as per requirement at site. Having proper experience in maintaining a particular Stretch or Section of the Project Single handedly.

Canal works

on my first day of blasting i have learn that its not a easy thing to blast directly there r many permissions are to be taken and safety with out any harm to any one and not disturbing environmental. managing the labors is tropical condition in site to take safety. hard part of my job is to complete the with in time which was stopped by the climate, labor ,insufficient of materials etc... My enjoyable day is when i completed my work with in time and congratulating with highers

Profitional company, good management, timely dicisions, work culture is very attractive. we have learn how to do team work with out any confusions, Even tippical tasks also can solve in a profitional manner if good team available. Here we lean how to build good team also.
