Stupid manager Negative environment in Tech team Worst for new joinee
I recently joined one of the technical team in shaadi.com and it's my mistake. Here in technical teams, Managers working since long time and to make their job secure they have created negative environment so that new employee won't stay more than a year. And used to hire new employee every year. They are not trendy in case of skills and never bother to motivate their team they only took the credi...What would you say about your employer?
