Good place but a lot of sales target might lead to hampering of work life balance.Management has a bit of politics but overall experience was great worked for almost 5 years . Would suggest if you are starting your career in sales

Job is overall too good but when we talk about targets that is tough to achieve some time bcz its all depends upon out client too for the payment.Most imp is need to know requirement then only we can sell what exactly we want.Work place environment is superb.Most enjoyable part is company provide some facility also on any occasion.

No good salary good hike, bad management no support Good work no growth working with shaadi.com was great initially but after 2 years when wanted growth we came to know there was no such groth any day new process came , will start that work as a TL but after few days that process rampdown

Typical day??? My first day at Job in my company. I had learned how difficult it was to understand the matching profile for a member on call, but as I had spent time, I had learned everything. Am really very lucky, in my all previous companies, I've got a very supportive and caring management, very good and friendly nature co-workers. End to end sales is the hardest part of the job over the phone, but as I had learned if you enjoy your work, you will get every success.
