Don't appreciate performance & very dis-appointed

The company don't provide growth to their employees working in their branches. even if they have lost of excel & mail experience & know how to handle team effectively to achieve organizational goals & very much improved performance the TL staff was giving. They would keep their TL staff at same pay-rolls for so long or for years & instead In-charge will get promotions for the hardwork of their TL...

Company is not good

I think there is a lots jobs better then this, so please a new and comfortable workplace. All the seniors just full of laziness and they never worried about executives.

Good company
