You get to work amongst some of the smartest people. It's a lot of hustle and not a lot can be done with the long term perspective in mind.
Some of the smartest people that I have ever worked with. Not much of a friendly work culture and you need to be flexible to work in an unstructured environment. Meetings don't strictly have any decks that can provide you some context, meetings are many and you will struggle initially to keep up if you're not used to it.
