This was my favorite company and job as a whole that I've ever worked for. I loved every single one of the individuals I helped as well as the majority of the staff I worked with every day. The only negatives was pay rate and scheduling in the residential program but there was always opportunities to get overtime if you needed it. Definitely would still be working there if I didn't move out of town.
Fun environment, make friends, most rewarding job
Insurance and PTO benefits, some drama between staff members
I joined as a delivery partner with shadowfax. Their on boarding centres show you very simple goals and big on earnings but nothing like that if you work 9-10 hours you earn 500-600 drive 125+ kms at the end of the day you got 300-400 only. Targets are hard to achieve, even if complete you won't get full money. So overall it's hopeless.
Flexible hours of work
The company don't provide growth to their employees working in their branches. even if they have lost of excel & mail experience & know how to handle team effectively to achieve organizational goals & very much improved performance the TL staff was giving. They would keep their TL staff at same pay-rolls for so long or for years & instead In-charge will get promotions for the hardwork of their TL staff. Very Dis-appointed
Salary deducted for no-reasons
Debits salary for no reasons
This is not a job for everyone. You must be dedicated to those you serve as well as maintaining their happiness and well being. You must love what you do or you won't be successful at the job.
You receive so much more than you give to these folks!
Must always be on your toes and expect the unexpected.
I worked for 15 days and met with an accident while on delivery, management not at all bothered about it. Even if you work they don't pay you properly, weekly off paid by second party company but still they don't pay you that amount. They will find a way to deduct your hard earned money in anyway, when you ask the management they will give fake promises. So brothers don't join tcompany
A neutral learning of how a start up juggles between maintaining a cool start up culture and following corporate policies
A typical day at work is that you have to write mails for proof and keep following up with people by going to their desks to get your work done. They will do your work if you have a good connection with them or you will just have to suffer and your work will never be done by them as they think too highly of themselves!
We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best!

The best part that I love about this job is the individuals that I care for and spend my time with. I enjoy the feeling in knowing that I'm caring for someone that appreciates and needs it. I Love to learn from the individuals I care for and in turn they learn life skills and fun activities from me throughout the day.
