Delivery partners are like there pets

I joined as a delivery partner with shadowfax. Their on boarding centres show you very simple goals and big on earnings but nothing like that if you work 9-10 hours you earn 500-600 drive 125+ kms at the end of the day you got 300-400 only. Targets are hard to achieve, even if complete you won't get full money. So overall it's hopeless.

I think there is a lots jobs better then this, so please a new and comfortable workplace. All the seniors just full of laziness and they never worried about executives.

Nothing less salary stressful work no holiday no paid vactions even not on sunday don't have any manners how to talk to a field boy that were working in there company
