I joined as a delivery partner with shadowfax. Their on boarding centres show you very simple goals and big on earnings but nothing like that if you work 9-10 hours you earn 500-600 drive 125+ kms at the end of the day you got 300-400 only. Targets are hard to achieve, even if complete you won't get full money. So overall it's hopeless.
Flexible hours of work
The company don't provide growth to their employees working in their branches. even if they have lost of excel & mail experience & know how to handle team effectively to achieve organizational goals & very much improved performance the TL staff was giving. They would keep their TL staff at same pay-rolls for so long or for years & instead In-charge will get promotions for the hardwork of their TL staff. Very Dis-appointed

I worked for 15 days and met with an accident while on delivery, management not at all bothered about it. Even if you work they don't pay you properly, weekly off paid by second party company but still they don't pay you that amount. They will find a way to deduct your hard earned money in anyway, when you ask the management they will give fake promises. So brothers don't join tcompany

A typical day at work is that you have to write mails for proof and keep following up with people by going to their desks to get your work done.They will do your work if you have a good connection with them or you will just have to suffer and your work will never be done by them as they think too highly of themselves!

Good company to work but salary will be the problem in this job. They will pay per order 40rs... Some times there is no orders.. them what did the delivery boys in that time that's why I'm leaving that job. I'm delivery any order in max in 20 min I love to work in this company but payout structure will be the main reason for so many delivery boys will leave the job

I was work in company as a delivery boy.i was working 9hours per day. I was getting my confidence level. And I have achieved gud knowledge of delivery boys career. My company is also good and excellent management. Very nice discipline and gud behavior of staff. Workplace culture also gud. I was so Happy with culture workplace of company.
A growing and fast paced organisation where you will learn new process everyday. Unlike a startup, your ideas are not much valued. No work culture, poor office infrastructure.
Lots of business within a short time in India base and grow maximum areas as local-hyper and logistic business.And for me best when I was joined this company.and i have gained best experience from this company.
The work is hectic and have to work during odd working hours , for example i have worked till 1 am at midnight that too in the field which is actually not safe at all .

Here i learnt time management from my reporting manager. Daily basis i will set the the target to our cluster managers and help them to achieve their targets this will be more challenging and enjoyable task. Random check to the clusters to monitor the riders grooming standards.
