No goals/vision are there. work life balance is not there, won't get any work satisfaction(apart from HO/RO).Forget you're a human being if you're working in FM/MM/LM only HO are humans they have right to enjoy their life.They have work life balance apart from HO life is not so good at SFX.

You get to work amongst some of the smartest people. It's a lot of hustle and not a lot can be done with the long term perspective in mind.

Some of the smartest people that I have ever worked with. Not much of a friendly work culture and you need to be flexible to work in an unstructured environment. Meetings don't strictly have any decks that can provide you some context, meetings are many and you will struggle initially to keep up if you're not used to it. Priorities keep changing as is the case with many start ups.

The company don't provide growth to their employees working in their branches. even if they have lost of excel & mail experience & know how to handle team effectively to achieve organizational goals & very much improved performance the TL staff was giving. They would keep their TL staff at same pay-rolls for so long or for years & instead In-charge will get promotions for the hardwork of their TL staff. Very Dis-appointed
