No Respect And No Salary After Working

I worked for 15 days and met with an accident while on delivery, management not at all bothered about it. Even if you work they don't pay you properly, weekly off paid by second party company but still they don't pay you that amount.
They will find a way to deduct your hard earned money in anyway, when you ask the management they will give fake
promises.
So brothers don't join
