Job security at Shapoorji is a big Yes your job is safe like govt jobs. You can if u wish to retire from Shapoorji.one big plus point.
Cons: .
1.Growth is a big NO. There is stagnation.
2.Poor paymasters.
3. No professionalism...any work give to anybody and by anybody. Half the time people r busy dumping their work on others. Unlike MNCs where u join a support staff become an officer.
4. Culture is each one to its own.....lots of gossip, backbiting and groupism..loss of trust.
5. Partiality in increments,salary and bonuses so there is no way to hv team spirit.
U join all exicited, happy wanting to take everybody together and grow but end up with low self esteem, only existing without any feelgood factor. Got original happy full of life self back on the day I left.This is best construction company if you Hired skill & tallent person so all facility available give this company... Now this company work going on india and abored .
I like it job and very poplation this company
