Less salary payer and poor management..They have decreased my salary by 6 lacs per year from previous company. No ethics.. Older staffs and management are enjoying all company benefits and doing all type of scams in different manner through client/customer..We new comers were forced to work all nonsense and we worked for getting salary at least after 2 month once...I think what type of senior managements are there in this company..They just dont bother and just looting money technically
