A mainstream construction contractor firm with projects almost in all parts of the country that manages its employees pretty well. It is usually a 6-7 days work week with very limited holidays but the experience working there has been rewarding and the learning curve has been sharp.

That was very nice project to work in SPCL as Deputy construction manager. I was allocated to work with my team- 2 floors below Ground level ( basement floor) which is near to river bed and that was challenged , but we succeeded on this project.

Nice platform to develop hr based skills

Had to spend on bench at times. Learned about my domain. Management was helpful. Co workers were fine training is not effective for all. A lot of domain knowledge is put in your mind in a short span of time,leading to ineffective learning and understanding

Shapoorji Pallonji is basically dealing with construction activities but also taking EPC projects in various power plants.I learnt lot of things like structural and piping fabrication,welding inspection,NDT processes used in fabrication work,quality control of welding works.
