Work culture of the Organization was very good but the compensation structure was not good and there was a disparity in its compensation.

Based on experience and expertise, there was a huge disparity in salary structure of the employees. Even the salary of a graduate engineer trainee was higher than a 5 years experienced engineer in the same department just because the later was appointed as a graduate trainee with a very low package salary.
