System less company

Harassment of QAQC Department by execution team is more. No support from Region office . System is on paper . Which is not practical. Salary growth 1 % to 5 %. It is construction company which deploy manager for lower level work. No supervisor, labour given to manager.

Top Delhi region managements least care about staff welfares and especially HR and admin dept services are very poor towards there employees standard accommodation facility , welfare hygiene and health ,mess facilities are pathetic ,earlier before 2015 it was good but day by day its detiorating.

That was very nice project to work in SPCL as Deputy construction manager. I was allocated to work with my team- 2 floors below Ground level ( basement floor) which is near to river bed and that was challenged , but we succeeded on this project.
