it is the best place to learning the field & office management and construction details .i working that period learn about footing &column concrete and steel details, how to check the quality of concrete,how to check shuttering details ,how to managed the working labour and co-workers and then how to write the daily progress report ,bar pending schedule.how to follow and do the given target at the date of time period. The hardest part of job is time management for junior employees & workers is not good at the working period . the most enjoyable part of job is achieved the target & progress at certain time period.
