It is a good university, and just like any other work area it also has ups and downs. But overall it is good as you might get great colleagues and mentors or you could get the worst one out there. But it's safe overall, you just need to be good at character judgement.Everything is fine though, you'll learn a lot that's a sure thing.You'll Have great time in sharda.

Not a good work place

Not a good work place. Depressing. HR department and support staff is good and supportive. Dean was supporting. Management is not competent and salaries where not paid on time. There was a sense of uncertainty among faculty. Very bureaucratic and clumsy.

Great Learning experience

Working there was like a dream job but in terms of salary and increment was not good. I got exposure to work with the students from different countries which was the best part but again increment policies were not good.
