They provide training facility every week to learn new things as well as break fast facility in morning. People love to work at "Sharekhan LTD" because the team leader trains in polite manner and treat as friendly nature, thus people love to work. Sharekhan trading portal is absolutely great and high quality of designed in the website & softwere.

Not a proper internship

I was cheated and fooled in to not receiving a proper experience letter

Since it was a work from home internship, I had to make content for other junior interns and we used to have a telephonic meeting in the evening everyday. I reported to the manager directly and was the lead intern of the group.

All things are good only working stress as a department of Customer service we need to co ordinate with internal branch team and also handle customer on mail or sometimes on call, by chat also not only this this is about incoming mails and calls which non stop coming and in between you have to resolve the customer issue also with help of seniors and internal team. At market timing more complicated to handle the customer.

Worked 11 years not received confirmation letter yet

reference is more important than the person, I work here for 11 years but salary is in hand 17k ... no promotion... if u ask them anything the only line they said “ nahi jamta to chod do” ... yearly KRA ... they forwarded false reports .... No HR ... didn’t receive confirmation letter even after 11 years.... spoiled my life....
