Great company with good learning opportunities, employee health and safe work environment. Work pressure is high some times but all depends how we manage. Self learning opportunities, many tools to learn and spends on employee upskilling.

Very good environment

Very good company to work there. Good work cultureThere Ethics and compliance are just for name sake. If your a contract employee they treat you like a slave. So called capability centre leads are goons here they target you to fullfill there personal vengeance. No growth, you have to be managers favourite to get your contracts renewed. They talk very high about the policy culture etc etc but ground reality in Bangalore office is bad

Micromanagement

Too much of micromanagement. Everything is dependent on line manger. If you do not have good rapport with your manage, then it is difficult to move to another role as your line manger can stop your movement to a new role by proving negative feedback to the hiring managers.

Peaceful job with great benefits

no learning on job,simple excel job for exp engineers.No proper ttechnical jobs in TAO.Lucrative policies like food,cab,unlimited sick leaves,good hikes attract engineers.End of day zero learning and will be left out in open market with skills learned in shell

Productive and fun

It's really fun to work there but the shift is bit headache. The employees are responsive to seniors. Fun place to work here. Salary is good and pay day holiday is granted

Unfair and biassed environment

I think individual contribution and effort is not recognised and efforts are made to deamean the same. It's based more on building relationships rather than performance, talent and efforts of an individual.People posted on influential roles feel very insecured in bringing in talented and deserving candidature as threat to their future in the company unless they can exercise undue control on their performance and reporting.

Shell is an Egoistic based company

Can't recommend this company for a good, cultured work. Instead of measuring the resource performance management is more interested to show their personal Ego and bossism on people. I feel this is very worst company in my experience.
