Best company to work learning process for a junior. Not a good place for earnings. Knowledge gaining and self confidence development is the backbone of the culture.

Its A good company and shilpa give me a lot of experience and knowledge to work and helpfull to gather a knowledge related to subject.. Apart from that Job work and life also maintained balance fully.

Shilpa Medicare ltd company , it has given me such a wonderful time to learn in HR Filed. It makes me how to work individually and do the work on my own. Shilpa Medicare Unit Head - Sr. GM really he encouraged me to learn, fast, quick grabbing and employees are too freindly and very productive in work.I feel happy to work with shilpa for three years and the nature of my job and work really quiet interesting.
