discipline,work atmosphere,culture is too good of work place

I worked with shoppers stop (Durgapur Branch) in the year of 2010 to 2011.My experience in this company is too good.i was achieved the best grooming award of the month so many times. some other reasons and miss communication i will left the job in that time.but now i want to join one more time to prove my self.

This company does provide a good salary but treats employees like dog....if u are in any trouble...nobody will help but. Every body is ready to bully u

Growing and enjoy full workplace.

I learn from the company to help peoples and the higher management is also trying always to motivate us to do that.The most enjoyable part of the job is the Saturday, because we all are dancing together and enjoying the morning before the store opening, our managers are equally participate with us.
