its very productive learning for me in shoppersstop Ltd. i have handled different department in 5 years and gave my best also learnt how to follow the system according to SOP which is very strong compare to any other retail

Team Management: Monitoring, coordinating & briefing store team focusing over placement, sales & customer relations Inventory Management: Steering initiatives for stock forecasting & ordering, inventory management, stock placement & stock rotation to ensure achieving divisional objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Interacting and observing customer buying pattern, needs and expectations, thereby providing feedbacks to back end team for fulfilling category objectives and complete shopping experience.
Responsible in Inventory Control, staffs control, reduce shrinkage and pilferage control as per company norms. Achieving company Sales Targets and delivery the business on top line. Handling customer issues and complaints regarding after sale services. Also coordinated with VM team to provide right display plan, make the floor user friendly for the customers. Also take instated for Stocks Audit (PICS) as a quarterly basis to adjust system stocks Vs. Physical stocks. Also Floor work around with daily DM checklist and solve the issue by the time line. Follow up with buying & merchandising Team regarding stocks status & offer related. Also coordinated with Brand managers readings staff& stocks related. Floor ready for the customers and Manpower Planning, Scheduling and coordinate with associate. Training subordinates in Retail Selling Skills & Product Knowledge and Modern Retail Trendy.
