some days get work task will be high. I learned Basic computer knowledge, Windows 2003 to 2010, vlookup, pivot table etc.. This management is highly motivated. good Working Place in Retail sector,I Learnt to take big decision and generates need of the customer,there is every day spacial to learn something. Always enjoyable at all part of the enjoyable.

SSL is now more towards cost reduction, less of hr, leaned toward operations and sales

Not very employee friendly. Reduce manpower and burden more job for a single individual Very few reward n recognition Operations is the leader, HR, ADMIN, ACCNTS, MARKETING do not play a significant role.
