Confused Employees and corrupt management

Employee 's are confused with the top management attitude when they find biased approach in promotion and increment. Pedigree of employees relation with bosses, their domicile, caste, religion matters more than their degree. HR is defunct and employee initiative is at times is detrimental to their growth. Overall good for people with links, and looking for a relaxing life till you retire...

Lots of learning

You will get salary at time and working time is fixed, you may have to work 2-4 days in a month more than the working hours. Accommodation provided with all facilities which you needs. Salary and designation growth is less. Job security is worst, you could be fired anytime without any prior notice.

I feel I have wasted yrs of my life working here. They give Yearly increments in the month of Nov, Dec instead of giving in April. Increments and promotions happens only by relations with manager but not with work. One need approach, links with higher management to get promoted & other stay at very low Designations and salary just spending years by wishing and expecting to get good increment next years.

Company culture is good, freedom of ideas and approach

Good at applying self ideas and taking approach to make the work done. In my working area team size is very small. At timely basis responsibility can not be shared, and one has to take care 24x7 support. Thus work and family life have to face tough times.
